Kemo IPTV on LG Smart TV: Step-by-Step Setup
LG TVs running webOS 4.0 or newer (most 2018+ models) support Kemo IPTV through the LG Content Store. Install a player, register the TV's MAC address on the app's website, then add your playlist. Setup takes about 15 minutes, and the Magic Remote's pointer speeds up typing.

How do you install Kemo IPTV on LG Smart TV?
You need your Kemo IPTV login (from the welcome email or the free trial) and about 15 minutes. The login type for this device is M3U via MAC registration, or Xtream Codes. Follow these 5 steps in order.
Step 1: Open the LG Content Store
Press Home → LG Content Store (Apps on newer webOS) → search icon. Search for “IBO Player” or “IPTV Smarters”.
Step 2: Install and note the device ID
Install and open the app. Write down or photograph the MAC address and device key on the welcome screen.
Step 3: Upload the playlist online
On a phone or computer, open the app maker's website, choose the playlist upload page and enter the MAC and key. Paste your M3U link (or Xtream server, username and password if there's an Xtream option).
Step 4: Reload on the TV
Back on the TV, choose Reload or restart the app. Select the playlist named after your upload.
Step 5: Set the EPG time offset
Open the player's Settings → Time shift / EPG offset and match it to your time zone so the guide shows correct times.
What if it doesn't work on LG Smart TV?

App opens to an old version after setup
Turn off Settings → General → Quick Start+ and restart the TV. Quick Start+ resumes cached apps instead of loading fresh.

In LG settings disable Network → Wi-Fi power saving if present, or switch to Ethernet. Then lower the player's buffer setting to Medium.

Netcast sets can't install current IPTV players, so they aren't a reliable option. A Firestick or Android TV box in the HDMI port is the practical fix.
