Kemo IPTV on iPhone: Step-by-Step Setup

On iPhone, Kemo IPTV plays through App Store players like Smarters Player Lite and GSE Smart IPTV. Install one, sign in with Xtream Codes, and you can watch on Wi-Fi or 5G, or AirPlay to a TV. Setup takes around 5 minutes.

How do you install Kemo IPTV on iPhone?

You need your Kemo IPTV login (from the welcome email or the free trial) and about 5 minutes. The login type for this device is Xtream Codes or M3U. Follow these 5 steps in order.

  1. Step 1: Get the app

Open the App Store, search “Smarters Player Lite” and tap Get. Confirm with Face ID or your passcode.

  2. Step 2: Pick the Xtream login

On first launch, agree to the app's terms and tap Login with Xtream Codes API.

  3. Step 3: Copy-paste your details

In Mail, long-press the server URL and copy it, then paste it in the app. Repeat for the username and password. iOS's autocorrect is the most common cause of login errors, so paste rather than type.

  4. Step 4: Allow local network access

If iOS asks whether the app can find devices on your local network, tap Allow — it's needed for AirPlay and casting.

  5. Step 5: Watch or AirPlay

Pick a channel. For the big screen, tap the AirPlay icon in the player and select an Apple TV or any TV that supports AirPlay.

What if it doesn't work on iPhone?

Most problems on iPhone come from a mistyped login, an outdated app or a weak network connection. These are the issues our technicians see most on this device, with the fix that usually solves them.

Login fails with “invalid credentials”

iOS may have added a space or capitalised the first letter. Clear each field and paste again. Make sure the URL includes http:// and the port.

Stream stops when the screen locks

Use picture-in-picture: start a channel, swipe up to Home, and it keeps playing in a small window. Locking the phone pauses most players.

iPhone tips from our technicians

  • Settings → Cellular → turn the player on/off for mobile data to protect your data plan.
  • Low Power Mode can reduce streaming quality; switch it off for live sports.
  • Rotate to landscape for full-screen; double-tap to fill the screen on Dynamic Island iPhones.

Roughly 1.5–3 GB per hour in HD, more in Full HD. Use Wi-Fi for long sessions.
