Kemo IPTV on MAG box: Step-by-Step Setup
MAG boxes (MAG 322, 424, 524 and newer) use a portal login instead of an app. You send us the MAC address on the box's sticker, we link it to your line, and you enter one portal URL in the system settings. Setup takes about 10 minutes, including our activation step.

How do you install Kemo IPTV on MAG box?
You need your Kemo IPTV login (from the welcome email or the free trial) and about 10 minutes. The login type for this device is MAC address + portal URL (Stalker). Follow these 5 steps in order.
Step 1: Find the MAC address
It's on the sticker under the box (starts with 00:1A:79) and in Settings → System information.
Step 2: Send the MAC to support
When ordering, add the MAC in the notes field, or send it on WhatsApp afterwards. We link the portal to that MAC and reply with your portal URL.
Step 3: Open the server settings
Turn on the box, press Setup on the remote (or open Settings) → System settings → Servers → Portals.
Step 4: Enter the portal
Portal 1 name: Kemo IPTV. Portal 1 URL: the address we sent, including http:// and the trailing slash. Press OK and save.
Step 5: Restart and load
Go back to the settings menu, choose Restart portal, and wait for the channel menu to appear.
What if it doesn't work on MAG box?
Most problems on MAG box come from a mistyped login, an outdated app or a weak network connection. These are the issues our technicians see most on this device, with the fix that usually solves them.
“STB blocked” or “Your STB is not supported”
The MAC isn't linked yet or was typed wrong. Send us a photo of the sticker on WhatsApp so we can check.
Portal loads but channels won't play
Settings → System settings → Network → check the box has internet. Then Settings → Video → set the output to the TV's resolution (1080p).
MAG box tips from our technicians
- Older MAG 250/254 boxes can't decode H.265 4K streams; stick to HD channels on them.
- Wire the MAG box with Ethernet — the Wi-Fi dongles on older units are unreliable.
- Update the firmware in Settings → Software update before entering the portal.
