How do you install Kemo IPTV on Mac?
You need your Kemo IPTV login (from the welcome email or the free trial) and about 6 minutes. The login type for this device is M3U (VLC) or Xtream Codes. Follow these 5 steps in order.
Step 1: Install VLC
Download VLC for macOS from videolan.org, open the .dmg and drag VLC into Applications.
Step 2: Approve the first launch
If macOS says VLC can't be opened, go to System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down and click Open Anyway.
Step 3: Open the network stream
In VLC choose File → Open Network (⌘N), paste the M3U link from your welcome email and click Open.
Step 4: Browse channels
Choose Window → Playlist (⌘⇧P) to see every channel; type in the search field to filter.
Step 5: Optional: a guide-style app
For an EPG layout, install IPTV Smarters for macOS from the developer's site, or iPlayTV from the Mac App Store, and log in with Xtream Codes.
